I earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maine at Presque Isle and am pursuing my Florida teaching certification. My background spans customer success, leadership, technical support, and client education, where I spent years helping people navigate complex information and build confidence in their abilities.

What draws me to teaching is simple: I enjoy helping others learn, grow, and succeed. Whether working with clients, training employees, or mentoring team members, I've always been passionate about creating supportive environments where people feel encouraged to ask questions, take risks, and thrive.
